The Tree Party

We celebrated the Queen’s Jubilee at our fantastic ‘Gathering on the Green’ in June and raised money to plant trees to commemorate the occasion. These trees are now ready to be planted.
Join us at The Tree Party on the 12th November to plant them and to enjoy time, filled with nature based activities.
This is a FREE EVENT (with prizes!). All are welcome, especially young naturalists.
We will start with the tree planting at the Village Green at 11am, and then walk to the Village Hall for refreshments and family activities.
The activities will include:
· A tree spotting quiz
· Building an insect hotel
· Bees and honey-making talk
· Growing trees from seedlings talk, and
· Children’s colouring.
